Simultaneous CKP and CMP signal generator
The HMP1 can generate pulses that simlate CKP and CMP simultanously, syncronized and according a predefined map
Can set the crackshaft wheel that you want and create a CMP map according to the engine.
This map can become from a previous read (Read CKP) or generate yourself.
The phase map is more detailed in the section READ CKP, please read it for more information about phase map.
1)Disconnect the original sensors and connect the HMP1 (note that the connection diffier with previous HMP1 versions)
2)Choose the phonic wheel type.
2.1) Load pre stored ckp&cmp map
2.2) Total amount of teeth
2.3) Missing teeth.
2.4) The cuts ( normally=1, some old injections have 2 or 3 )
2.5) The sensor type to emulate ( 0=hall or 1= Inductive )
3)Choose the teeth that match with point A of phase map.
3.1) Use the + and - keys until see A=0 ( or another number)
3.2) Press OK
3.3) Use the + and - keys until choose to with teeth of CKP match with point A of phase map.
3.4) Press OK
3.5) Repeat the step 3.1 to 3.4 with the point B, C and all necesary points that car require.
3.6) As example, the map of the image in the section Read CKP is: A=4,B=18, C=33,D=72,E=0.
All maps allways end on zero.
4) When select a point of map with value 0 will be considered as ended the map edition and will start to generate pulses
5) with + and - keys you will alter the phase moving all points in step of one teeth, this is like move the timing belt one step.
NOTE 1: Is very important know that in the most cases the injection will start to send fuel and spark, so you need ensure that is not connected.
NOTA 2: The engine DONT WILL START, because the pulses has no relatcion with the mechanic position of engine components.
