Multi car sensor and actuator tester


The HMP1 is the most complete tool for mechanics testing, reading and/or emulating almost all car sensors.
It is so complete that it becomes the essential tool for servicing internal combustion vehicles.

Among its functions, we can highlight its ability to read and generate CKP & double CMP pulses simultaneously and the complete test of motorized throttle bodies and many more functions.

There are 3 types of possible actions for each sensor.
[T] Test. It means that the HMP1 can check the operation with the sensor/actuator outside the car (or disconnected)
[R] Reading. It means that you can read the operation without disconnecting it from the car and read/monitor its operation that way.
[E] Emulate. It means that the HMP will act as if it were the sensor so that the injection “believes” that the sensor is in place and working.

Prueba de inyectores

This function allows to test up to 8 injectors in bank operation.
This means that first the 4 injectors of bank A open and then the 4 injectors of bank B.
The injectors open for a configurable time between 2 and 14mS at configurable RPM between 1000 and 4000).
The system has a Timer, which allows you to work continuously or for a specific number of minutes. (0~7min)

Flash: The HMP has an output to turn on a 12v and up to 15w LED light.
The light will turn on certain milliseconds after the opening of the injector (0~14mS)
The intermittent ignition of the flash allows you to see the spray resulting from the opening through the stroboscopic effect.
The flash firing time is set in the settings section.

1)Connect the injectors as image show.

2) RPM: Choose the RPM: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000
3) Timer: Choose how many time will take the test ( good for injector flow test). 0=without time limit (good for cleaning).
4) Duty: Injector opening time, is a time between 2 and 14 miliseconds. This question only appear when the timer is activated.
5) Start working and appear the work screen.

6) A short touch of + or - keys, increase or decrease the duty ( 2~14mS ).
7) A long touch + or - keys, increase or decrease the flash delay.
8) A long touch of Ok key, will change the bank that flash is assigned.
9) The Ok ends the injector test.
