CNG digital switch

This product is a revolution for CNG world.
Is a fuel switch for vehicles working at CNG.
The strong feature of this product is measure the pressure of tube in Bars.
With at least 10 more extra function make the best CNG product, the customers recommend one to another mouth to mouth.

Despite having so many functions, it is EASY to use, which is very important.
Built entirely of solid state, which means it has no moving parts or wear. That makes it easier to provide a 2 year warranty.

There are 2 variants with differents functions:
-Green digit switch ( the most economic)
-Red digit switch ( more functions )

Function by function details

Working Mode
Mode
Description
0 Carburetor
Can start with fuel, NGV, can choke pressing gas button. And can close boths fuels pressing the middle button
1 Injection
Can start with fuel, NGV or can start at liquid fuel and switch to gas automatically wen the engine get high RPM
2 5Th_gen
Only get gas level, the oxygen sensor and the voltage of charging system

3 Aspirated :Can start with fuel, NGV, can choke with the gas button on regulators that only have choke valve
image

First start asistant
When the device get energy by first time, you will be asked about your car carburated (0), Injection (1), 5th generation (2), Aspirated (3):
image

Reserve indication
When the pressure into gas cylinder go below XX bar, the screen will start to blink. The fuel does not change
The XX value is user wanted.
image

Change when the GAS runs out
When less than 10 bars are left, it is automatically passed to naphtha, and the digits begin to flash. Works on carburetor or injection vehicles. It can be disabled if you do not want to use it. It is factory disabled and must be enabled after calibration

Injector protection (red and blue models)
The biggest problem of injector clogging is due to the very little use of gasoline. Being that it stagnates and rots in the tank.
What we call injectors protection, is a time programmable by the user, that every time you turn on the car it will work with gasoline and only with gasoline.
On screen will be showed the reamin secconds of this protection. Onces the time is exausted the device will wait for accelerated engine (as always).

Advantage? Lengthen the life of the engine and prevent one of the main problems in the injection.
image

Voltage meter (red and blue models)
Useful tool that allows you to monitor that the battery charge
It can thus detect a fault in the alternator or the battery.

With the engine running, the normal is between: 13.5v and 14.2v (never again)
With the engine stopped the normal is between: 11.5v and 12.6v (depending on the time stopped)

image

Lambdometer (blue model)
The lambda probe is the sensor used by the injection computer to establish that the gas / air mixture is correct.
Circulating with gas, the probe CONTINUES TO WORK only that it is generally ignored. 90% of cars have probes from 0V to 1V and a correct mix would be the closest to 0.5V
Although it is impossible to fix this value (it is not achieved even by the ECU operating on naphtha) it is possible to see its behavior.
If it always marks less than 0.2v it means that it is supplying little gas and endangering the engine. If you always mark more than 0.8v it means that you are supplying a lot of gas
Therefore, good regulation is always considered if it oscillates between rich and poor

Piston melted by poor mixture (capped naphtha injector)

Piston punctured by very rich mixture with exessive advance

Valve burned by poor mixture

Help in passing gas to carbonated gasoline
When the GAS pass is made to NAFTA, the switch injects EXTRA GAS so that NAFTA reaches the carburetor.
It can be disabled if you do not want to use it.
image

Change in deceleration
This function is available ONLY for injection vehicles.
In automatic mode (normal mode) the vehicle is ALWAYS switched on at naphtha and then automatically switches to gas when the engine is accelerated.
When the first gear starts, it does naphtha, but when you press the clutch to put the second one, the change is made automatically. And already the second gear is on gas, without you realizing that it has changed fuel.
Running on gas until you turn off the engine. It can be disabled if you do not want to use it.
image

Adjustable priming time
As always attentive to the suggestions of our clients. We received the news that the priming time was very long, and sometimes the car was drowned when it started.
Now it is completely configurable between 0.5 seconds and 6 seconds approximately
image

Brightness control
Because there are vehicles that carry the selector close to sunlight.
And other vehicles have very polarized glasses, you can adjust the brightness of the screen in 15 different levels for the one that suits your needs
The higher the number the greater the attenuation, the digits will have.
image

3 buttons
To avoid confusion and potholes play a trick each button has its function:
If you press naphtha the vehicle works with NAFTA and only naphtha
If you press gas you will use GAS, and only gas (it can only be changed to naphtha if you have enabled the function when the gas runs out)
If it is injection and press AUTO change only.
If carbureted and press OFF there are no fuels.
Clear and simple, without confusion
image

AUTOMATIC mode (injection only)
When the middle button is pressed, the switch will go into automatic mode.
This means that every time you turn on the car, NAFTA will be started.
When it accelerates to more than 2000 RPM, it will automatically switch to gas
Running on gas until you turn off the engine.
