Pulse divider for GPS trackers

This device communicates with a satellite tracking module and a flowmeter to allow monitoring
the amount of fertilizer used in lemon plantations.
It receives a series of pulses from the flowmeter and emits a different train to the satellite tracker.
The electronics were based on the UAE1 so it uses the same photos.
The small size allows it to be placed inside the flowmeter junction box
