The project start as soon as the customer contact us.

Stage 1, Quotation

After many questions, and talking deeply with the customer. The proyect born. Once when we are collected all data, and the proyect meet is when the quotation of the work is passed.
Thi quotation value is influenced with: choosen materials, application type, and required quantity.
Required quantity means that has no sense make expensive matrix for a prototype, but has no sense work manually in a big produccion. Allways we need find the ideal point (cost/benefit)

Stage 2, Draw and Matematics

With the 30% as initial payment, beguin the hard part. This meean that, one paper is converted into a functional prototype. Here the PCB (printed circuit board) is drawed and the components are calculated. Into 7 to 20 days the terrain is prepared for converting a simple idea to one reality.

At this point normally we make a round of questions about the proyect. Taking advantage that nothing is materially done yes. And any change is possible.

Stage 3, Electronic mount

The prototype circuit is made, and mounted, and so the proyect become touchable. If the proyect has no microcontroller, the proyect is working and ready to final touch. This stage take around 7 days

Stage 5, Software, and start.

In this stage is when a lot of components taken sense. Starting for a simple led tilt, and ending when the desired proyect.
Here maybe is when the prediction of time is hard. The standard time for a complex project can be 30 days, but one easy can be 15 days.

EStage 5, burning test.

All proyect need a little of refine work. Here the first test are performed, and the device take contact with reality.
After initial adjust, the proyect is ended. And ready for production
